Before we dive into the Intention Wellness Method technique portion of this blog, I think it is extremely important to learn some basics about how the body works & what must occur in order to create imbalances and malfunctions within the body. Thus, I think the best way to proceed is to spend some time focusing on these points along with a discussion on healthy lifestyle choices that can prevent any imbalances from occurring and can help lead one towards total well being.
Finding imbalances and correcting them is an extremely powerful technique (and a ton of fun) but preventing imbalances in the first place should not be underestimated.
